CCR 2004 Hotel Announcement

Well gang, the time his finally here. I am surprised that I've been able to keep the secret so long -- blabber mouth that I am.

Grif and the gang have negotiated a SWEET deal at the hotel, and I've finally worked out the details regarding booking rooms with the reservations manager, Stefanie, and we are ready to tell the world!

This is going to be the best CCR ever in terms of lodging. Your host hotel, The Beaver Run Resort Hotel, will offer our reunion attendees many more lodging options than ever before. The hotel has options ranging from luxury standard hotel rooms, suites, and condos. The condos range from one to four bedrooms and have full kitchens and also include sleeper sofas for those of you who want to share lodging. It is large and spacious and offers the best facility for our reunion we have ever secured. We have negotiated very reasonable rates for the duration of the reunion as well as several days before and after. Please check with the hotel for availability outside the reunion dates.

The website includes pricing and if you follow the links for each room description, you will be taken to the Beaver Run's website which will give you a detailed description of each room and the ammenities.

In order to book a room at this hotel and take advantage of the reunion rate, you must follow these instructions:

1. Register and Pay for the Curve Cowboy Reunion 2004 (General Registration will open in January)

2. Once payment has been received, you will be assigned a Confirmation Number via email along with specific instructions on how to make your reservation at the host hotel.

3. Follow the instructions that are provided in your confirmation email in order to book your reservations at the hotel.

Note: The CCR has secured ALL rooms at the host hotel. Reservations at the hotel will be checked against confirmed CCR attendees. Any reservations which do not match the confirmed attendees will be cancelled.
