Like, it's 9,600 ft. For those of us living at lower altitudes, this could be a problem. It takes a while to get used to the thin air. The Booze Brothers may be unconscious, on the floor, after a few sips! Get there early, or get in shape ... or both. Take that ride to the top of Mt. Evans (over 14,000 ft.) later in the rally schedule, after you've had a few days at 9,600 ft.
Don't let altitude sickness spoil your rally - but in order to do that, you may need to start taking action NOW! A year's worth of slowly-increasing aerobic exercises will be a big help.
